近年来主要从事智能无线感知、多模态感知、无线定位跟踪、智能无线系统、人工智能系统、水下机器人系统、光谱图像处理、深度学习算法相关研究工作。发表IEEE汇刊长文80余篇;获得国家发明专利20余项;先后获得辽宁省自然科学奖二等奖(排名第1)、海洋工程科学技术奖二等奖、大连市自然科学奖二等奖、辽宁省自然科学学术成果一等奖4次(排名均第1)等科研奖励;2024年入选兴辽英才计划科技创新领军人才,2019年入选辽宁省高等学校创新人才,2018年入选首届辽宁省兴辽英才计划青年拔尖人才,2018年入选交通运输部青年科技英才,2016年入选辽宁省百千万人才工程,2016年获得大连市青年科技之星称号,担任知名国际期刊IEEE Transactions on Cognitive Communications and Networking、IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology、ACM Computing Surveys编委。先后与华为、华录等多家企业合作,研发出基于毫米波雷达的跌倒检测系统、无线体征监测系统、无线手势交互系统、高光谱图像智能解译系统等智能系统。
